200m Row
5 Front Squats
20 Mountain Climbers

135/95 (weight taken from the ground)

Rx+ =

*1 rep per step with mountain climber. For the rep to count the heel must touch to a spot even with the same sided wrist.

**Competition WOD. If all 4 rowers are full then alternative movement for 200m row is to bear crawl down and back on the turf
