Over many months.
Possibly years.
And if you want to really see them, you’ll start learning how much of the right foods to eat.
It’s no different when it comes to your lifts going up, your weight coming down, or your workout scores improving. It takes work. What is different is that you forget about the time that passes when you have fun, get your questions answered, and your struggles solved.
We do this with every client if they ask us really nicely with a snackrifice of reeses cups.
