Beet Stress

Set a timer for 4 minutes.

Give yourself: 

  • Silence, so you can listen.
  • Stillness, so you can feel.
  • Space, to have space. 

At the four-minute mark, you’ll be able to enjoy those for one minute.

I just did this. I feel great right now.

How long has it been since you gave yourself any of the three?

Beets are good for you and make catchy title lines. If you happen to try some for the first time, don’t panic and call 911 in the middle of your morning salutations. You’re not dying.
