Spend 25 minutes working on OHS technique and working up to a heavy single.
Rest at least 1 minute between attempts and at least 3 minutes before attempting your heavy singles.
Boys 2 PVC Men (AMRAP – Reps)

PVC man maker = 1 push-up ==> swing/step thru (keep hands on paralletes) ==> 1 dip ==> swing/step back (keeping hands on paralletes).
Cool Down
Accumulate 25 single legged deadlifts with each leg with KB or plate.
