1 set max HSPU (Comment if you used ab mat under your head)

Scale =
1 set max hold at the top of the HSPU on the wall (put 0 reps under HSPU but comment on how long you were able to hold the top of the HSPU)

Handstand Push-ups

Hyde (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP:

20 Push-ups
30 Air Squats

OHS with PVC pipe instead of air squats
