When Your Problem is You.

One way to know if “this” will work or not is to zoom out and shift your focus from the leaves of the plant to the seed of the plant.

Not the diet, exercise plan, or meditation streak, you’re about to start on, but the act of starting something altogether.

Not “why did the last diet, or 5k plan not work last time?”

“Why didn’t I work last time?”

Why did not stay with something that wanted to change?

Write about it. Pick it apart, and write it again.

Did you have the support team on standby as you launched? Did you follow your gut, but also get a trusted advisor? Did you try to out-exercise a toxic relationship with food? Maybe it was a distraction from the real work that still needs to be done.
