Main – CROSSFIT

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

use 40% of 1rm back squat for both amraps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

Front Squat – 5 reps

Push Ups – 10 reps

Rest 5 minutes…

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

Back Squat – 5 reps

Pull Ups – 5 reps

Metcon (No Measure)

mobility work – 15 minutes
