Strength:

Tabata L sit  (:20/:10) for 16 rounds minutes

L-Sit pose hanging from the pull up bars.

Scale up by using stacked bumper plates or paralletes

 

4 Rounds For Time of:

10 Wall Walks/Climbs
10 Toes To Bar
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 *Scale to Jump Squats if desired
