75 yard Truck pull (yes, we are pulling a 2-ton truck)

400m recovery jog

Drive back to the box–

Bench Press (5,5,5,5, 5RM)

20 DB snatches @

M- 40lbs, 50lbs, 60 lbs

F- 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs
