Metcon (No Measure)

every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:

8 Weighted step ups @ 2 KBs/DBs (24”/20”)

5-10 Strict T2B

*Start with light weight for the round and increase as tolerated each round.



In teams of 2-3, perform the following for time:


Muscle-ups (scale=2x chest to bars)

Partner Deadlifts @ 405/225

*1 person works at a time during the muscle-ups

Jeff founded West Little Rock CrossFit in 2012. He has a background in personal training, sports team training, and nutrition coaching, with an education in exercise science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He enjoys long walks on the beach and is the proud father of two rescue dogs.
