WOD 1:
25 burpees
25 crunches
25 mountain climbers
For time

WOD 2:
1/1 2/2 3/3 …
Chest to bar pull up
Wall ball shots
*add 1 rep each round, complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes

WOD 3:
10 Turkish get ups on each arm 53/35
