1 front squat/1 breath , 2 front squats / 2 breaths…15/15

Do 2  burpees for every time the bar touches the ground.

Then: run 800m

Beginner wod

1 burpee/1 , 2/2… 10/10

Then: max wall ball shots in 5 minutes
