5 Minute Max Burpees (AMRAP – Reps)

5 minutes to accumulate as many burpees as possible
To 6″ target. Record total reps in wodify and in your nutrition challenge.

Deadlift

Work up to a moderate/heavy set of 3 deadlifts, then….
1 set max rep deadlifts. Record total reps and weight used for the nutrition challenge.
