Full Body Warm Up

Use this full body “Joint Prep” Warm up to put your joints through an unloaded range of motion before you add weights and warm up sets to your training that day. This is also a great routine to get rid of the “stiffness” when you get out of bed in the morning, or that comes from sitting at work all day!

  • Perform 10 reps of each movement each direction.
  • Start slow, and build to faster movement if desired.
  • Total warm-up time: 5:00
