5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Tabata New and Ugly (AMRAP – Reps)

8 rounds of 20 sec on : 10 seconds rest for each of the following 4 movements:
HSPU
Pull-ups
DL @ 135/95
KB Swings @ 53/35
Score= Total reps combined from all 4 sections

*Each section will be completed in its entirety before moving to the next movement. There will be a 1 minute rest period between movements.
