Pressing Complex with Empty Barbell (No Measure)
Spend 10 minutes going through 2 cycles @ 10 reps each (once with PVC and once with empty barbell):
1) Shoulder press
2) Push Press
3) Push Jerk
4) Split Jerk
Push Jerk
Spend 20 minutes establishing a 5RM push jerk. Spend at least 5 sets working up to your first working set.
